Came here take number waiting for change small note, suddenly 1 aunty came in believe is regular. Didnt take any queue number and ask to came counter for change small note. And staff also ask her is that enough for the small note. After awhile another guy came believe is regular also same procedure. Until my number been announce when I proceed to counter then the staff told me small note is finish. Then why earlier 2 regular can change but me can't? Very unsatisfied with the behave. And I have waited for 30minute . 2nd time I come happen same thing!!!
