I went to AIA Mid Valley Southkey branch by 1-Oct morning for related insurance service, this was my second visit to AIA JB branch this year. The experience at Mount Austin branch during Mar'24 was great, however it was really disappointed this round at Mid Valley Southkey. The attitude of front desk staff (lady) at level 1 was very bad when I've registered to get the pass. I hope the owner/pic can look into this feedback and get this improved, Appreciated. (It's good that the AIA staff is still pro and efficient, the security guard at level 1 & 21 was nice)
