Inefficient and rude ! When I came in no one wants to talk to me , pretend that they are busy but is actually talking nonsense and that one staff judging me by eyeing me up and down. Wanted to apply education financing but the only staff that handle that does not even care to help me. Texted him few times but ghosted. I understand if he’s busy and didn’t text after working hours. I texted on working hours but still no reply ! I didn’t spam and patiently waited for few days to text and call him back but never respond. Management should fire these people or trained them to better than being arrogant.
