Lousy service! I visited on 3rd Nov for credit card application which I been informed it might takes at least 10 working days to approve by HQ. So, I waited. Until yesterday which is 16 Nov, the same staff who entertained me on 3rd Nov asking me on the whatsapp, password for my attachments which is means she just started to submit my application due to she got training she said. Why you didn’t mention on 3rd Nov? I can go other branches for application. The staff name Shahirah or Syira. You mad at me due to I’m not taking ASNB loan with you?!

This is how you treated your customer ? You can whatsapp me at first place if you got training so that I don’t have to waited for nothing! After she asked me for the password, I just ask her to cancel the application. Without an apology she just replied ok. Wow! What a great service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Went to Affin Bank Danga Bay branch yesterday & was attended separately by Mr. Mr. Firdaus and Madam Hafizah. Both were friendly and very efficient. Later on upon reaching home, when I encountered some small problems with my online banking, the Branch's Manager, Ms. Catherine was also extremely helpful & quick to resolve my issues.
Kudos to the bank staff there for their impeccable services and attitude!

1 star for 'operation staff personnel' in handling customer service related matter. I make a phone call and asked about the status of requested document but the 'superior' is very rude in answering my inquiries.

Lazy people, 3/4 times I’ve visited when they should be within operation hours they are closed. Security very rude, instead of having the curtsey of explaining to me why they are closed or is closed in general, he just stands behind the glass door using his hands to make a cross sign and then wave me away like I’m some bum. Disrespectful
