做为一家中国银行真的 真的服务很差 不知道是不是因为是本地华人做工 还特别狗眼 昨天去办理业务 因为要更换地址 三号柜台让出示证明 让我证明我是住在那里的地址 我记得当年我去存钱的时候也没让我证明我是住在我旧家住址那里的证明啊。放的定期在银行 后来走过来一个女的 一开始过来的时候还趾高气昂的说话 当我说明情况后 并告诉她我不是欠你们钱不还来换地址 然后她看了一下我的账户 不知道为什么语气突然变得好了 眼神也不像狗一样了 头也会抬到正常位置看人了。当然后续我已经选择换一家银行了。 有时候不能对她们说话态度太好了 你把她们当人 她们想把你当狗。（部分业务人员） 而且在我定期一年期间 打电话来不下于十次 还叫我去过两次 都是推投资 真的很烦。

Recently I brought my daughter there to open a savings account. I felt their service was good and quite fast. The front desk service members were very friendly unlike what the comments I saw previously here. Nevertheless , it's very good encourage for your guys to provide excellent service to customers. Being a China Chinese bank, I am very surprised with the productivity of this branch for account opening. Maybe the general expectation is higher and the comparison is with Public Bank, but there is a lot of improvement required on the waiting time for customers.

The staff act like they are busy but actually not busy they just don't want to work and sit in an air conditioned room. They drag their feet around, and have absolutely no attitude when serving the customer. They told us we had to wait 45mins to open a single account and that there were 3 people in front of us so it would be too late. A bank of this scale would have handled this situation with absolute ease, disappointment to the name of ICBC. The staff even asked us to go to another bank to open the account. Hopefully the bank takes action and remove these incapable people, replacing them with workers who live up to the name of ICBC

Very very very slow service. With 2 person before me, I waited for more than 25min.The only saving grace is the officers are very friendly...Once you get to talk to them...
