Came here to consult regarding revised rate and withdrawal. Servicing officer Miss Dina or Diyana from counter 3 was very professional, resourceful and attentive.

Came here 1 week before and was serviced by different servicing officer (counter 1) which provided wrong info contradicted to information given by call centre:
1. Withdrawal can't be done when account is currently being revised for monthly payment (as per counter 1 officer )
2. The maximum amount of withdrawal that I can do is determine by whether she(officer counter 1) can submit or not the application at that moment (which was not true because she maanaged to submit the application but it was eventually rejected due to insufficient fund). Weird there is no specific calculation on how much we can withdraw or she doesnt bother to check and educate customer.
3. Officer counter 1 is lacking in customer service skills, not attentive and not resourceful as well based on several wrong information she provided. Definitely needs training or refreshment course to avoid hassles to customers everytime dealing with her. Please look into this.

If not for a much better experience I had today with officer 3, will definitely rate this branch 1 star.

The experience I has been worst, repricing additional without knowing clients, agent always changes that's not any permanent agent who incharge my policy...the manager more worst and slow in his work...last month I told to mr daing amirudin to surrender my policy .until now no any action taken ....call him always is busy the customers useless...I hope pls be professional ..don't break client trusts
