HSBC ni bank well known , tapi careline dia paling worst!!!lambat jawap 1 hal smpi 11mnit tgu..then button option punyalah susah nak dapat yg ckp ngn operator..bila dh dpt dia transfer ke department lain makk aiii mcm semua org cuti xde yg jwp..function careline ni sepatutnya utk mudahkan customer & krgkan customer walkin ke branch, bkn mnyusahkan mcm ni..please lah buat penambah baik kan!!!

Kenapa bank hsbc tak ada cash semasa saya nk tukar duit yang rosak

The worst bank I have ever used. Nothing is good since applying for credit card.
Need personally go to brach get card, after activation can receive otp but cannot receive activation code for online banking.
Request to go branch, cannot settle customer service. Card activation hotline is available, customer service can never get through.
Take leave to visit branch, every Monday is holiday. They are the boss! All I want just cancel my card please, I couldn’t access online to overview my transaction that’s pointless.

One of the Malay staff (I don't remember her name but the cubicle was on the right side and middle of the branch circled in the image below) here helped me to replace my everyday advance global account card, I asked if the replacement card was waived, she said with a valid police report so I did presented it to her. A month later I checked that the replacement fee was charged to my card on 19th May, to my shock and disappointment, I called the call center to request for waiver which is an inconvenience.

HSBC Malaysia has to be worst bank in the world. This is my branch. I have been trying to solve what should be a very simple process, to update my personal information. As a way to confirm my identity, they are asking to confirm some transactions from 2022. Of course, at HSBC you do not have access to your own account records older than 2023, unless you pay for them to send a statement for 2022. I have tried 7 times and they cannot understand this simple task, to email me, or put it up on my account when I log in to online banking. I do not live in Malaysia. When I call, I am on a merry-go-round of call transfers and holds for ungodly amounts of time. Every time I call, I have to speak to someone new, and I have to explain it all over. They have not thought of the concept of encrypted email. This are an extremely incompetent bank, with incompetent policies, ultimately served by incompetent workers unfortunately. I do understand how they stay in business though. The "customer service" is so bureacratic and inadequate that customers simply give up trying to have their issues solved. Customers need to rise up.
