My number was called by the officer, but because she was just serving the last number, and then put me on hold I don't mind, but I do mind because she called my number, the system had already arranged me in her line, but she had to serve the last customer, and a while later, my next number was already being served by another counter! You tell me if I'm mad! Why did I get the number 30 minutes before the latter customer?! But because of your negligence and ignorance, you did not let me be served by another colleague of yours! Instead, it is to serve customers who have just taken a number! On top of this, your 3 employees may be too free to gather and chat, but there are other customers waiting! 30 minutes to process one onetoken is outrageous! Singapore OCBC is efficient in five minutes! OCBC is also in Asia! But a bridge away, the service is very different! This is outrageous! I understand that each member is responsible for different areas, but I believe that since they are assigned to the front desk, all employees should have a full range of services, or possibly ask customers to solve the problem within your ability, as far as possible to reduce the flow of people to avoid crowds! Let's just say management is not familiar with good resource allocation!

I applied for a loan with this bank , and initially, everything seemed smooth. The staff were follow up with me every day , pushing to get process started. However, once I agreed to proceed , the whole experience turned into a nightmare.
I’m extremely disappointed and seriously questioning whether this bank values its customers.

是家很排斥歧视中国人的银行，学校已经给开了证明一切关系的开户证明，但是这家银行有一个尖嘴猴腮说国语的女经理又要求出示房产证明，水电缴费证明，学生的出生证明，学生和家长的亲子关系户口证明，以上全部出示后又要求出示国内身份证，在国外都是用护照的，身份证是在中国用的，你这家银行难道是法院吗？是执法机构吗？你们是在接待给你们送钱的储户还是在审犯人？是不是待中国人出示身份证后又要求出示核酸检测证明？新冠疫苗证明？无犯罪记录证明……？总会有一款你拿不出来的证明！把刁难中国人的行为做到极致！客户大不了转身走人，把钱存到其他家银行！必须给这家ocbc差评！

Sharing my experience: Initially I’ve a bit hesitated to visit OCBC branch because of the bad google review for another branch located at Taman Molek (that is the nearest branch with my home actually)
I’ve changed my mind and went to OCBC branch located at JB town instead because the online reviews here is seems better in term of customer service. Ms. Eileen assisted me throughout the process to open saving account patiently and politely. She is friendly, humble and down to earth with customer which makes me feel welcoming. She went through with me step by step with detailed explanation. The process was so smooth and cool! She didn’t rush me for anything and completed the whole process in a less than 30 minutes. I’ve made another request with her regarding credit card application which she introduced her colleagues, Ms Hui Lin after that for further assistance . She is also friendly, polite and patience with customers. Both of them make the whole experience worth and super cool. I love the customer service here at this branch. Thank you Ms. Eileen and Hui Lin, both of them deserve to be appreciated.

Useless staff Joyce, im asking her to help me to update my signature but at the end when i dropped by Penang outlet, the front customer service told me signature havent got updated yet, what a stupid Manager Joyce, wasting my time to go there
