Staff tak mesra. Bila tanya soalan, passing kat kawan sebelah. Kawan sebelah cakap tak tahu, macam busy dan malas nak layan. Lepas tu suruh kita tanya sendiri staff tu. Annoying.

There's always a long wait even though it's just a simple secure sign activation. Not like other PB branch where the ticketing officer is given the right to serve simple tasks. This branch is not efficient 😔

Seriously bad …. Going to counter to ask how long will it be the queue … as I waited for 2 hr while I’m on the 2nd queue … the female manager “show face” saying that her staff coming back from lunch late ….. but non of this is my problem as a customer …. End up waiting 3 hours for a 5 minute bad service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Terrible customer service here at Public Bank Pontian branch. I compliantly took the queue number for customer service from the machine. I got number 3008 and they were serving number 3007 at that time. Imagine my shock and disappointment when one of the customer service staff allowed one guy to skip the queue and go directly to her. After waiting for approximately ten minutes for her to settle that guy, the staff manning the queue machine allowed another guy to cut the queue and go before me. I immediately asked the staff about my queue number but the guy he allowed to skip queue already went to sit down at the customer service desk. The customer service staff shouted out for me to be "sabar" when the staff manning the queue machine informed her that I was waiting in queue. That was the last straw and I did not want to waste more time waiting on incompetent customer service staff who gave preferential treatment to other people to skip the queue. I sincerely hope that the management of Public Bank Pontian branch take steps to improve the attitude of the customer service staff in this branch promptly.

There are 2 customer service counter but they only open 1？？I waited for almost 2 hours and the counter serve 1 by 1, can understand it but since there are so many ppl need the service then shouldn’t they open both counter? I gt the number 3065 and the current serving number is 3030, but there is only 1 counter is serving, how can 1 ppl manage to serve so many ppl?😓
