I would like to share my experience staying in Room 0606 recently. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking, definitely one of the main highlights of the unit.

However, I was rather disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floor was dusty and grimy, leaving the soles of my feet black, which suggested that the unit hadn’t been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. The glasses provided also had chipped edges, which made them feel unsafe and unhygienic to use.

In addition, the toilet next to the kitchen was very dirty and poorly maintained. This is a crucial part of any accommodation and should be taken more seriously. I also raised a complaint regarding the water heater, which was completely non-functional, but unfortunately, no action was taken during my stay.

I sincerely hope the management will look into these matters and ensure that all units are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before allowing guests to check in. The location and view are definitely appealing, but the standard of cleanliness and maintenance needs to be improved to ensure a more pleasant guest experience.

I would like to share my experience staying in Apartment unit 0606 recently. While the view from the balcony was undeniably scenic and visually impressive, the overall condition of the accommodation fell significantly short of acceptable hospitality standards, and raises serious concerns regarding duty of care and implied contractual obligations under the provision of accommodation services.||Upon check-in, it was evident that the unit had not been adequately cleaned or maintained. The floor was visibly dusty and dirty, to the extent that walking barefoot resulted in blackened soles, indicative of prolonged neglect. Such conditions strongly suggest a failure to meet the implied term of fitness for habitation and hygiene, as outlined under relevant consumer protection legislation.||Further, glassware provided within the room was chipped, posing a potential health and safety hazard, which may be construed as negligence in maintaining a safe environment for paying guests. The toilet facility adjacent to the kitchen was in an unsanitary and unacceptable condition, further exacerbating the issue of cleanliness and hygiene.||Of particular concern is the fact that the water heater was completely non-functional throughout the stay. Despite the matter being promptly reported to the maintenance team, no rectification or remedial action was taken. This constitutes a failure to act upon a service complaint within a reasonable timeframe, and may be interpreted as a breach of the implied duty to provide basic amenities.||In light of the above, I respectfully urge the management to undertake immediate remedial measures to ensure that all units are thoroughly inspected and cleaned prior to occupancy, and that all facilities provided are in proper working condition.

This is my experience in beta. If u have never been bitten by fleas or bed bugs 100% this is recommended to u. I don't know what is the room service doing in the hotel. I just want to say that I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend dis hotel to anyone who doesn't like bed bugs or flea biting u in Ur sleep.

Bilik houskeeping dan servis tak beberapa nak kemas.. dah bagitahu no bilik masuk tak dibersihkan lagi sampai terpaksa beli penyapu sendiri... Lokasi boleh dikatakan strategik pasal bawah ada kedai2..

It has cockroach everywhere.The balcony,kitchen,livingroom,toilet,Room are very dirty,there were a families who keep changing room i heard that their room(the switch in bedroom/air-conditioning switch) explode it so in terrible here

Generally OK. Improvements can definitely make it better. Doors were difficult to close or open; need to use force. Toilet bowls needs cleaning - for example, hardened cement inside toilet bowls; heavy stains on toilet bowls. Aircond system inside rooms difficult to control; freezing at night.

Location wise...ideal!

Not recommended... Rm444 per night the unit very dirty not maintain well the toilet terrible...
