Went to 2nd floor for auto finance matters. Sebelum pegi ada baca google review. Semua teruk2. Takut juga kalau urusan lambat settle tp surprisingly cepat je. Takde customer lain. Staff terus attend. Less than 1 hour semua settle dah

We had very very bad experience at this branch yesterday ( 22/09/2025) with one of the staffs over there, she mentioned her name as Fatimah !! She is extremely unprofessional and zero customer service with her silly behavior!! She gave very poor customer service when we're trying to approach our purposes of came ... 1st she gave our agreement form without fill up the amount and asked me to sign...she rushed me for signature- and i said - pls wait let me read first the contain, But she pulled the paper put aside and Asked me - Apa u nak Baca Kenapa u nak baca apa? Hello lady,what kind of question is this Are u capable work as CIMB OFFICER I was really surprised!! and i started to very angry... and i asked her back- my right reads the contain before sign and who you to stop me from do this? After that, she went inside and fill up the form , come back again asked me sign , ( so much of drama this lady i telling) !! And she give me another form where about 8pages that written about all the conditions and terms... i started wanted to sign- with the tone of bully- aikk kata nak baca semua, !! And i argued with her because she play victim and twist the situation!! I told her - i not say read this 8pages ok, i just wanted to read the previous form ( single form ) where you asked me to sign without fill the contain !! And all sudden she dont know how to respond to my logic question, and she started to continue her drama by said - this is not under my incharge and i just helping ... i told her , you are not helping , you're so rude, and you're not the incharge person, you no need to handle us, and we can wait for the right person who can handle the automotive loan !! And she continues her unprofessional drama and went inside !! Lucky another Chinese man ( not sure his name ) came out and trt to help us and apologized!! And fortunately we manage sign up our documents with that Chinese officer.. Another Freelance loan advisor from the same department called Zul is another unprofessional guy who poor on customer service at this CIMB BRANCH ! I really disappointed AND shame on you guys !! Called officers but attitude like rubbish!!! Madam Fatimah, i wonder how you can work such a professional department with your unethical worst attitude!! You should seriously embrace! Improve yourself otherwise definitely other customers will screw you for your silly behavior!!! Such a shame seriously!! AND ALSO BIG SHAME TO CIMB too for hire this kind of unprofessional peoples as automotive loan consultants !!

cimb brand kajang memang bermasalah... saya pergi buat kad bank sebb expired so ingat sudah settle selepas balik selepas tukar password di ATM.. keesokannya kad still expired tak berfungsi.. cimb klik pun tak boleh guna.. staff sane tak bagitahu apa2 info apa perlu buat selepas dapat kad baru... saya terpaksa pergi sana semula.. ingat saya ada masa nak pergi banyak2 kali... dahlah service lembab, call pun tak dapat.

staff tak ramah, buat customer macam bola. dari 1 kaunter smp ke tingkat atas urusan langsung tak selesai. last kena sound kenapa tak datang pagi. waktu pagi saja je kaunter bank beroperasi? selepas jam 12 tengahari staff lumpuh dan hilang akal sihat untuk bekerja? hairan dengan pekerja culas macam ni. berboraj gelak ketawa sihat tp bantu customer jadi bebal. gaji nak banyak tapi pemalas. patut 1 bintang pun tak layak.

Memang teruk betul perkhidmatan cimb sini. Memang gampang!! Sudahlah masalah tidak bagi tahu dengan pelanggan, pelanggan pulak kene hubungi cimb berkenaan. Malah suruh pergi ke branch balakong. Bila sampai sana, branch balakong kata bukan di situ tapi di Aeon balakong. Kenapa tak bagi dengan lebih tepat informasi. Senang senang je suruh pelanggan ke sana. Kenapa tak hubungi ke tempat yang branch di suruh pergi!!! Dah la satu companykan? Ingat kami ada masa ke? Bila waktu nak kutip duit bukan main laju lagi!!! Bab nak selesaikan masalah senang senang je pass sana sini!! Memang Lahanat !!

I came at 12pm and waited for 2 hours even just 2 customers until 2.30 it was still the same.
Experienced a really bad service on the 2nd floor of the bank. Car loan department. Lots of staff, but no one is outside working at the counter and always will be inside and can hear laughing but why no one wants to response to counter area

Came to this bank to ask for a bank card that was stuck at the ATM machine but the staff at the front counter didn’t understand so had to ask another staff. Then explain again at the counter but the answer was that the card cannot be give and ask to apply for a new card... if that’s the case, just inform early so no need to queue waste customer times, worst service at this branch.
