this branch have one counter open, friendly staff but limited parking. i prefer go to kwsp branch or bayan baru branch more parking and more counter open.

Post-post-script: Visited on 02 January 2025 (Thursday) at 09:15am. Being served by a Cik/Puan “Mas” who was just as professional! “Mas” is a living textbook on how excellent customer service should be - greetings with a smile upon entry, soft-spoken, courteous and knowledgeable. Prudential oh Prudential, how on earth have you successfully recruited all the top-notch customer-oriented people in Penang?! 👍👍👍👍👍

Post-script: Re-visited on 14 May 2024 (Tuesday) at around 3pm and was being served by a very courteous, utmost professional and truly helpful “Haniza” at Counter 1. Prudential is fortunate indeed to have an excellent personnel like “Haniza” as the public front of the company. 👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent service with a smile by the cashier “Ikea” during my visit. Malaysia could do with more professionals like “Ikea”. 👍👍👍👍👍

When I visited both Service Reps were engaged. I was instructed to stand in the lift lobby and wait for 10-15 minutes until one became available. Not even offered a chair. Call this Customer Service?
