A very poorly organized infrastructure to make payment and justification of payment. They are so call agent but I have gotten a lot better service else where on other insurance company agent i.e. Prudential.
Even though they provide insurance for teacher but their infrastructure is poorly organized such as simple payment just similar to our education system.
Firstly, payment can't be made via credit card.
Then instruction is poorly convey through the online payment, more elderly teacher will struggle to understand that.
Lastly, once you make the payment they take forever saying Great Eastern still pending response regarding the payment justification.

I urge all teachers or users to survey other insurance company if they will provide a better service or value for the premium which I believe there will be.
And leave review towards these companies to let everyone knows how the experience to urge them to improve.
Lets be smart consumer at this modern day and not get caught up by poor organized company like these.

More rooms for improvement. Sincerely hope that the supervisor can look into it.
Do the teachers have a statement of what they are paying for every month? And why there's a gradual increment in salary deduction all these years and yet we still have outstanding premiums for 2015-2018 ?
Kindly give an honest explanation.

TONY NG SHOULD FIND OTHER LIFE INSURANCE PARTNER NOT GREAT EASTERN.ASKING SILLY QUERRY EVEN ALL THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED. EXAMPLE SIGNITURE DIFFER , HOW WE REMEMBER 20 YRS AGO?

I received a Premium Renewal Notice 2022 - Takaful Guru(TG) on 20/1/2022 but the letter was dated 1/12/2021. I rang up Tong Ng & Associates and a lady staff mentioned the letter was sent much earlier and blamed the Post Office. Upon checking the envelope, there is a stamping by GPO P. Pinang on 10.01.2022. So, it is the fault of the Management of Tony Ng & Associates, not Pos Office Malaysia.

They sell group insurance policies to teachers. I find dealing with the front desk officers to be a pleasant experience as they do try to help whenever possible. Thank you, Goki, Shuhaida, Azy, Pei Ying n the others their names I have forgotten. Parking is a headache in CBD area so if possible, I Grab here.

The most useless insurance company, can't even update payment info, can't even be bothered with insurance claim, just collect money and provide zero service. Fellow teachers please avoid any scheme offered by them or nutp, they will make your life a living hell when you want to claim for medical expenses no matter how small the amount.

Better call before u come due to high traffic & not much parking lot here during office hour (remember to pay your parking fee or else you will easily get summon here), staffs are nice but you need to wait patiently outside until they come out serve you during covid season.
