If i could give it below 1 star i would give it -10 star... i went here because it closer to where i lived, i followed the steps on PBe website for MyPB secure activation, i already finished the process, i just want to show the customer service lady to confirm what i did was correct, and only need a confirmation thats all, the conversation wont even take 2min. She told me to take number and wait, sure it's a procedure step, but her attitude are so impatient and pissed. If I could take a picture and complaint her i would.
The issue is MyPB app was fine until recent update and the App just wont launch and stuck on a white screen, called customer service, they told me to go to branch, i check online, and have tried using different network, 4g+, 5g, fibre internet all same issue, all i get is white screen. And my phone and android version are new Galaxy S24Ultra etc... so i end up uninstall and reinstall, voila that worked, but now i have to go through the pbsecure activation again... which is why I'm here.... sign PBB app is so bad, pbe was bad, now mypb also bad. The issue is we have no option but to use it... I'm thinking to swapping to Maybank, as i have a business account there and their service were premium and very satisfying. If anyone still need to use PBB or go to PBB, just go Simpang Pulai or Ipoh PBB, they have better services than here.
