I called before I went to the office to renew my insurance to find out what documents I need, they told me old insurance policy, copy of grant and pics of the car (since i was behind 3 weeks from last policy, its a spare car). After wasting approximately 1 hour of my time to get it sorted, upon reaching there, the front desk customer service just told me to go renew my car policy at Tokyo Marine. After making a call to the customer service to complain, then the agent at the front desk had the audacity to ask me to bring the car to show it to them when they clearly knows its out of road tax and insurance, he claims that's what the management wants. Upon this I decided I was dealing with buffoons and petty idiots who was just too lazy to deal with anything on Friday morning, I decided not to renew it here and got it all done in less than 20 minutes by just calling Tokyo Marine agent. Dont waste your time going to deal with this people, as they themselves said, better off renewing ur policy at other insurance providers.
