Wanted to activate new card
Took my number at 1:34pm
The staff at the entrance said it'll take a while because there were many people
Waited and waited until i was the last person sitting and only then the counter staff noticed and called me to the counter, and the business was done in around 5 minutes
But i waited 2 hours and 45 minutes in total and my number didn't even get called by the queue system
I'm upset that my time was wasted for nothing and just literally waiting until it was past closing time at 4:15pm and I felt like I was ignored

Very disappointed with this branch RHB. I went to this branch to open a business current account for my sole proprietorship, which is legally registered with SSM. The staff told me it cannot be done because my registered business address is in West Malaysia. This makes no sense — SSM is a national registration body. Other banks are able to open accounts without issue, but RHB gave excuses instead of solutions. Either the staff are not properly trained. Totally unhelpful experience — I wasted my time.
