Saya tiba di RHB Bank Cawangan Bukit Mertajam pada 4:00 petang ( waktu tamat operasi 4.15 pm) untuk membuka akaun simpanan. Selepas mengambil nombor giliran dan menunggu hampir 20 minit, pegawai memaklumkan dokumen saya tidak lengkap, sedangkan dokumen yang sama telah digunakan rakan sekerja sebelum ini tanpa masalah.

Tiada makluman awal bahawa urusan tidak dapat diproses kerana waktu hampir tamat, menyebabkan saya membuang masa. Saya memohon penjelasan SOP sebenar pembukaan akaun menggunakan surat majikan dan tindakan agar pegawai memberi maklumat tepat dan konsisten.

Very Excellent services. The bank employees were very helpful to me. Especially Mrs. Loh, she was very efficient in her work and filling in the data very quickly and efficiently. Magnificent !

the service provided was so fast , i booked an appointment to open a bank account for uni and the chinese lady that assist/open my bank account was so nice despite it was almost her lunch time

Very disappointed. The staff is not helping to solve the problem. I'm like a ball that being kicked to this counter and that counter. Even I call the customer service also cannot solve the problem. Very poor service. I will not choose this bank in my future after gaining this experience.

I come here to open my wife basic debit card account but the staff is very rude to her and ask her to deposit RM200 for initial amount. This is very weird cause other bank only need only minimum RM20 only. Worst experience ever and weird requirement.

I felt belittled when attempting to open a personal savings account, simply due to my status as a housewife with no fixed income. The treatment I received was disappointing, as my application was nearly rejected with a condescending tone and expression by the attending staff. However, upon the sudden arrival of my husband, the account was immediately approved without further issue. Furthermore, I was asked to deposit RM200 merely to activate the account — a sum I find rather excessive for the sole purpose of activation.
