Staff Farah who supposed to be at her spot at the reception(Welcome) firstly she was absent at her spot for almost nearly 20min. After asking the other staff regarding how to get a number? Then I can hear someone calling her name Farah… Then she came from a room without any sense of apology or anything, With a very rude tone she said nak apa? I was like what? right before she came I did the qr scan and got my waiting number, and she told me infact with a very rude voice telling me that you not suppose to get the ticket from the qr. then I told her I waited so long and you came shaking your legs and telling me not to do that. Then why did the board says self check in. So very rude and unprofessional staff Farah at Ayer Keroh Melaka branch. Services at CIMB is getting bad to worst!!! Please do something about it. Hope some management people are reading this…

Dah booking tukar duit raya under company minggu lepas tapi bila dtg kata tkde booking. Staff lelaki ada yg tipu kiranya ni. Bagithu dlm call kata boleh terus ke kaunter untuk tukar jam 9.15. Tapi staff di kaunter kata tkde pun nama company pada mereka. Bad service and fraud.

Extremely bad service specially if you are foreigner the staff see you like animal specially the Indian lady,
Also I called because she was on holiday other glataff gave me number to ask if she back from holiday when I call ask for her she begin shouting who are you how you ask about me like crazy it's bank and you are employee it's obvious someone will ask specially you were on holiday and customer can't open account because of you but she didn't talk just hang up phone after shouting

Slow sgt service. Tak payah lah dtg sini. Almost 2 hours beratur tunggu utk masuk dalam tp tak panggil jugak. Bawak warga emas, minta tunggu depan pintu tp still tak panggil. Pergi kat kl pon takde dpt service macam ni even peak hours.
