20250217: This so-called Yamaha authorized service center is a complete scam! I had serious front brake issues where the braking felt weak and unreliable. I reported this problem multiple times, and every single time, they just brushed it off and told me, ‘It’s normal.’ It’s NOT normal! I was forced to ride with terrible braking performance for 15,000 km, thinking I was imagining things. Then I finally went to another Yamaha service center, and guess what? They fixed it instantly with just WD-40! That means Banting’s mechanics NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CHECK!

As if that wasn’t enough, my speedometer was also completely inaccurate. I was riding at 80 km/h, but the speedometer showed only 60 km/h! Again, when I told Banting’s staff about this, they just said, ‘It’s normal.’ Now, the speedometer has completely stopped working. I took my bike to another shop, and they immediately told me the speedometer gear was broken. So Banting’s so-called ‘mechanics’ not only refused to diagnose the problem but also let me ride with a failing part until it was completely destroyed.

This is beyond incompetence. This is NEGLIGENCE. They had every opportunity to check and fix these problems, but instead, they ignored them, putting my safety at risk. I even crashed because of the faulty front brake, which cost me RM500 in repairs. All of this could have been avoided if they had actually done their job.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER bring your bike here. They are lazy, irresponsible, and completely untrustworthy. If you care about your safety, stay FAR AWAY from this place!"

20230907: They Tried To fix the problem, So even failed, I still think this is a good enough .

My Motor scooter broke after fixing it here, Someone Stripped the engine cylinder head cover and tried to cover it with Teflon tape but failed at the high way, I know is because I tried to keep the motor scooter running, so I opened the front body cover, And saw this, I tried to show the picture in WhatsApp, didn't get anything.

By the way, that Teflon tape cannot endure the scorching hot engine block, I know it because I scalded myself by trying to install back the bolt.

Dah 2x beli motor kat sini, servis sekali.. servis dia ok laa teratur. Klu nak beli motor baru kt sini terutamanya brand Yamaha, que agak panjang..tapi, harga dia memang murahhh.

Patutnya 0 ..xda point tu, dah 3 minggu spare part takda sampai lagi, ingatkan beli motor kat sini spare part moto semua ada order siap2 ready stock, resit tulis lead time 1 tahun,lps bayar deposit baru tahu, kalau formen ckp xda stok tu siap2 la cari kedai moto lain yg ada stok,takkan tak pergi kerja 3minggu dgn alasan motor rosak,

Oil lubricant service for my xj6 here. The service was good, and the guys are using proper tool. Good service. It also has an air-conditioning room for you to wait whilst your bike being service. The price they charging are reasonable. Will definitely come here again to try other service.

Want to buy motorcycle here is ok.. reasonable price if u want to buy cash.. instalment same as other shop.. If u want to service here,better find another service centre.. service here suck.. i have a bad experience service my motorcycle here..
