Shopee assigned this courier to deliver my parcel. My parcel was out for delivery 4 times, but it was all unsuccessful. They mentioned it was because I was uncontactable. Meanwhile, I never received any calls from them regarding the delivery. I reached out to their customer service, and they mentioned that I can pick up the parcel by myself. They said that my parcel is in this hub. Then, what’s the point of paying the delivery fee? Until now, I still unsure if my parcel is still physically present, or what happened to it. However, according to the latest status from their track & trace page, my parcel has been classified as problematic, and it will be returned to the seller. Honestly, I am frustrated and disappointed. It’s just a simple thing, but still they couldn't solve it. If they really escalated my issue properly and seriously, I would have received my parcel. But it’s the contrary.
