OCBC ni memang sial. Call tak pernah angkat. Sampai ke kaunter pun kena tunggu lagi. Nak buat kad untuk current account je pun. Berjam jam padahal takda orang. Tutup jela bank ni lepastu buka kedai mamak. Ada jugak faedah. Buka bank apa lanciao pn tak guna

I dont even know why they cannot how to check the credit card for decease in system, why the system is not link and work as so stupid? Need to call the call centre even I'm physically inside the bank branch, can improve?

BRUH we are already in the freaking premium banking they still let us wait wait wait, open account also need wait, everything need wait, can like, all banking sector people make the efficiency of process better? It is not much customer you know, why it takes so long to process everything? And repeat questions and stuff

The thing is, there is not much customer, what is the wait for? We do have multiple things that we hope to solve in one trip but the thing that pisses us off is the fact that we need to wait quite long just to meet the person and I just don't have the time for it

For real all banking sector people, pls speed up, we have no time

Always no ppl attending at opening account counter. Zero (0) person ahead also have to wait! Very poor service.

Bad services. We have oredi took the ticket number and wait at least half an hour.
We go to the counter after the notification board show our ticket number. But the staff actually serving another customer...without explaining anything, the staff just direct go to the ticket machine take the next queue number and pass to us.

I don't know why even though is a reputable bank somehow I felt stress just to be in there, though the customer service mr.iskandar was a superb staff in serving me....but felt like.... uncomfortable....nice chair, nice setting, temperature is just nice.....but still...... something is not right..... sorry.....
