Ms Lee Pei San attended to our enquiries patiently, efficiently, and courteously. We appreciate her service; she makes us feel comfortable and confident with the bank. Mr Syahmi was quick to offer assistance (without offending other customers) when we told him we had to rush off. Went in on a Monday afternoon because I was having problem login to their online services and there’s people standing at every corner of the bank waiting to be served. Seats are limited and no staff or manager of sort willing to come forward to try to learn if there’s anything they can help. Just waiting for numbers to run. Experience is terrible, worst than government immigration centre, at least there is someone there to point people to the right direction.

Excellent service by a chinese lady at counter 8. Very detailed explanation and very polite. Assisted by the young guy next to her i believe is counter 9. He is super friendly and nice too. Overall keep up the good service

sampai 1.30 ptg sampai jam 3 ptg masih belum kena panggil. bravo! very long time to wait after taking number. just want to open account number. very lousy service. bad service. took a long time. i was so hungry and tired.

The Malay lady staff was considerate, patient, and professional. She worked well with other staff, trying to find solutions when I was struggling to unlock my online banking account and make transactions to settle the funeral expenses.

I am amazed on the great wonderful service ! This branch is very organized and clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. A special thanks to the lady at customer service counter 8. She is very professional and experienced in handling customers.

Less than 15 minutes I have updated my personal information. Salute to Public bank for hiring such a well trained staff.

Since there were four counter employees still chit-chatting with the same person, I waited for the customer service number to be called for one hour and thirty minutes. Please settle the procedure quickly no more chit chatting like come on there are many ppl waiting.I really upset with the service public bank .18 Oct 12pm
