Came here today to open a bank account. Was really impressed with the top notch customer service. From the security guards to info counters, everyone seemed willing to serve the customers. I'd to specially compliment Ms Lai who was very friendly and helpful in assisting us with opening a new bank account and it was really such a breeze. She explained everything A-Z thoroughly and answered all our questions without hesitation. 5 stars for sure! Keep it up!
