1) Parking is difficult to find. And be careful of your belongings in this area.

2) Happy with the service. The guard asked what I was here for and pointed me in the right way. I collected my credit card fast and the bank staff helped me with de-registering my old device too. Very efficient 😀

Tengah ada urusan lepastu dah tunggu lama boleh cakap system problem. Then suruh pergi bank lain. Boleh je awal inform daripada buang masa!

Customer service at RHB Taman Indah deserves an award. I am pleased to say that they are kind to me and I believe the other customers are as well. I live in Semenyih but I prefer to come here instead go to Kajang and Bangi (both have bad customer service). May Allah ease and grant you Jannah, especially the lady at the receptionist.

Something wrong with rhh standard and staff
1) my father lost his phone and want to change the permission to the new device but need ask 4 question if wrong then cant change it, even he with his ic and everything
2) staff attitude is terrible, when i ask him let me listen to me for what i say and keep saying something is unrelated and saying that im funny

Had a very pleasant experience here. From the staff at the door, the security guard, to the staff behind the counter, everyone here was helpful and very attentive. My issue was also settled super quickly. Really appreciate the staff who very discreetly whispered my account balance lol! Slightly further from another RHB branch in my area but it's definitely worth coming here if you want a quick, hassle-free process.
