kepada Bnsc takde tolak ansur langsung ..motor kene tarik sebab 3 bulan tak bayar ..total hutang Rm2100 dan cas denda Rm3200

dah satel kan Rm3200 die still tak bagi keluar kan moto die mintak pulak bulan punya yang terbaru..ini betol2 takde hati perut

zalim gile bukan org mintak percuma moto tu..jage2 jangan smpai kene tarik denda die kejam !!

This does not deserve any single star of review, to be very honest.
To the staff named Yaya, i'm surprised that you talked about customer like that. Ive been waiting for the LOU for a whole week and you dare to talked about customer like that?
BSNC staff did the mistake, but you put the blame on customer? I usually dont play the customer always right card but i think its the time to pull out the card.
I hope you will get the same thing soon or soonest.

1. Worse work ethique, not punctual, rude, disrespect and poor communication.

2. Talk S.O.P with TQM benchmark, but no quality at all

3. Repeated request for personal detail, submit for more than 4 times. The officer misconduct the legal document.

4. Late payment as promised the process in 7 days but prolong more 21 days.

5. BSNC wasnt bad reputation but NO reputation and NO image at all.

service the worse.Staff has no phone etiquette. Whenever call busy no body to answer call.
Processsing time "fantastic", 3months.
