Bank tak boleh access dari dalam mall. Kena keluar dari mall level G and turns right. No appointment needed but orang yang allowed dalam bank limited so ramai yang beratur dekat luar waiting for their turns to be allowed inside. I was one of the firsts to come so I was let in immediately. Urusan amik masa yang agak lama walaupun saya datang hanya untuk buka akaun. Tapi staff went out of their way to contact another staff whom (pergh) I'm supposed to meet so I'm grateful I don't have to come back again.

TLDR: datang terus beratur, tunggu turn masuk dalam, bila dah masuk dalam baru dapat no. It takes quite a while to q etc. so come early if you want to avoid the hassle.

Sapa2 nak keluar duit ASB kat sini,baik lupa kan,ak tgok dah 3org keluar kan,tpi ak tak dpt lgi no,rupe nya,ak kena pangil kat meja lain,untk diaorg cita dlu loan untk buat kat asb,ak ni nak keluar kan duit,bukan buat loan......

Went to replace my card. Service was fast. Front counter staff was good and helpful. Despite many reviews saying their service was slow, my experience was otherwise. Could be they have improved it since last time. However, the counter staff was not welcoming. No greetings nor smile and seem indifferent. Customer service should be improved.

Went over to CIMB Empire and met En.Anaqi regarding mortgage package. He did a good job by explaining patiently to us with his professionalism. Felt very much appreciated. Keep it up 💪. Not forgetting the Branch Mgr, she is also very friendly to us. I would like to say a big "Thank you"

I was skeptical when I saw such a low rating. After going round to find parking in Taipan branch, I decided to come here. It took me about less than 10 mins to get my debit card replaced. The staff are helpful and friendly! Don’t need to stress about finding parking too. 😂 My visit was at 2pm.
