That was really good experience!
I had my debit card skimmed and had my card stopped by customer support that day.
And today I went to the brunch here for a new card.
Ms Lavender was very kind!
I am a foreigner so a lot of personal information needed to be changed and she was quick to accommodate.
It was supposed to take a week for the card to be issued, but this time they issued it that day! (Normally it takes 7 business days to get it to my house)
She was great to deal with and I am very appreciative.

I came to reactivate my account. It's a beautiful place, don't look like a typical bank setup. Which is the upside and downside. Was kinda confused when i was told by the security guard to have a seat and wait. No queue number given. Then i see all these staff walking around. I wondered if anyone knows that i am waiting. Eventually i was attended to and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I guess the flow needs to be better.

Disappointed to find the bank closed despite Google showing it as open and available. It’s frustrating that something as simple as updating your status on Google was overlooked. No calls, no emails, and no replies to requests, your customer relationship management really needs serious improvement! Even the app falls short, I think the only things u guys are did great is late payment and annual fees charges !

Pls think twice before anyone wants to join this Standard Chartered Imazium as one of their Priority Banking clients. The Sales Team Manager, Len ChunKeat is extremely rude and part of his job is to stand at the bank counters like a watchdog to ask clients to downgrade their status from Priority Banking if they happen to withdraw their money( temporary or not) leaving their bank balances below the AUM level set by the bank to be a Priority Banking client.

In my opinion, as a manager, he should try to increase sales for the bank instead of chasing clients away.

I find his approach vey rude and offensive . My complaints against him were unanswered for more than a month, so I guess it is the standard procedure of this bank to assign a manager to act like a human watchdog to watch over their Priority Banking clients.

What a shame bank! Ur website stated ur bank closed at 5pm. I drive all the way from Shah Alam & reached here st 4.30pm & guard told me, friday closes at 4pm! For god sake, pls change the website time! Look like nobody likes to work in your bank. Never care! Shame on you.

Very neat and clean, the officers are friendly and efficient. I was here again 6 May, my debit card stolen and was used, the officer who helped me with by case was (Sit Yee) was very very helpful, super efficient and with due diligence managed to help reclaimed what was spend. Thank you 😊
