DONT OPEN OR INVEST IN LEGACY ACCOUNT, is a real scam.

This branch, I was assisted by Elyn (Tham Yee Ling) she is rude and ZERO manners. I can’t imagine how she treat a premier account holder without greeting! When she saw me (she got my full information) “oh you are the one with legacy account!”

Don’t come to this branch, she even posted fake comment for rating in google

I'm really dumbfounded by the staff trying to sell us insurance and a younger staff trying to follow her senior in "sharing" information that i am clearly not interested in.

First, you young blood need to read body language and not push for your own agenda. If you had more experience in life, you will know how to be more genuine.

You say you're sharing because you see i have kids. But you clearly don't understand what having kids mean. You don't know my predicament. Bringing two young toddlers to a bank to get things done, is not easy. Yet there you are demanding my attention when i have to look after them.

I still let you talk and "share" your information, did i not? And the reward i get is your complete snobbish air, turning away from me, your customer, to chit chat with your colleague, while i wait for the stuff to be done.

Not only did i have to wait, but you neglected to see if it was already done. We had to ask you if it was ready. Sure enough it was ready. Just waiting for us to sign. I was waiting to see if you would stop your chit chat and go check if it was ready. But you did not.

So for that, i am giving you this review. After you read this, please reflect.

Came on a Saturday to renew my expired debit card, instead was judged by the attending staff (Elyn) for not having savings... JUST RENEW MY CARD, NO NEED TO JUDGE ME IF I HAVE SAVINGS OR NOT. I KNOW LAH HOW TO MANAGE MY OWN LIFE THANKS.

5 stars service provided so far I encounter. They are very helpful staffs especially a lady called Jia Yi. She is very responsive consistently and give clear directions. Appreciate so much

The OCBC management needs to cater for the needs of elderly customers who have some difficulty to make an effort to go there personally to find a carpark. There is no direct customer service line to make enquiries. The waiting time to see an officer at the counter is longer than to see a doctor! OCBC thinks little of elderly customers and only pay attention to investments by younger professionals.
Don't think I want my retirement money kept here.

I've always had a less than satisfactory experience here. Dreaded the waiting period today. The RMs here always seemed to miss something or other out but today was different. Nor Fitriyah one of the officers was wonderful. She got my matter settled in minutes was a genuinely nice and pleasant person. Happy the branch is actually improving. Thanks to her.

Dropped by today to obtain some documents and update my particulars. Lee and Ivan were very helpful and attentive, and the staff were all friendly. Didn't take too long to resolve. Grateful for the assistance.
