Amazing experience with Nur as the Customer Service Representative. She’s very attentive and tries her best to attend to all the clients’ needs as fast as she can.

They officailly closed at 4pm but I was not allowed to get in at 15：10. They said they have changed the operation hour to 9-3pm.

And here is my experience. My account was frozen without any notification, I've called the customer service and they told me to go to any branch to update my documents and soon I'll be able to use. So that I visit the bank immediately and arrived at 15:10. Firstly I explained to the security the security was nice and tried to help me and then this guy showed up so I explained again to this guy of my situation that I cant withdraw or purchase from my card and showed him that I have no money in my wallet. I think this will help him understand how urgent for my case but this guy said he is leaving 4pm and no time. What a great customer service.

Lousy customer service. I get the no. 3021.and the Q no. Is 3019. Waiting for 30min, 3 counter, 1 busy, 1 sit for nothing, 1 sit and talking nonsense life style issue with customer. Keep waiting, 3019 customer settled. Should be the 3020 now. 1 ladies come in asking questions, then sit in without taking no. I immediately throw back the 3020 no to Cs. And talk to them, what for I taking no and q. Useless.

Love their services so much, by far the best Public Bank that i've been to.
Staff here are very friendly and helpful, They always explain things in detail, helping and guide me with filling up forms and give the right suggestion to settle my things. Voice out to one of the staff there Ms.Lai, She has been helping me a lot ever since i created account here, and she always helping me out regarding to banking issue too. Always get a great customer services experience here.
