Staf yang paling stupid kerja dekat bank ini...diorg buat mcm customer yg dtg bnk tade kerja lain nak buka akuan kena tunggu 2jam tapi kuanter semua kosong je....

I had to go through tedious task of changing my bank account type and get new credit card issued, but thanks to the kind and cooperative behaviour of HSBC staff, especially Mr. Kesshav, who made it so easy for me and it's absolutely amazing. Wonderful customer experience

Just wanted to pick up credit card, but was asked by the lady in the front managing the queue to take number and wait. Waited for 40 minutes, asked 2-3 times, then only got told that credit card pickup does not need number? Please at least get your front line staff properly educated abt how to manage the queue! Respect your customers' time please! Disappointed

I visited this branch first time today and was attended cheerfully by a malay lady who gave me a waiting number. I was informed beforehand that the approximate wait would be 40mins and if I'm okay to wait she will proceed with giving me a number. I appreciate this as I can decide for myself whether to wait or otherwise. Since I'm already here, I decided to wait for my turn. I did have to wait quite awhile but it was during lunch hour and many of them are still assisting customers. Ms Vimala attended to me and assisted me in sorting out my issues promptly and all the while keeping a good positive vibe. Again, this is much appreciated as it is lunch hour and she is still attending to me without making me feel like im in her way of taking her lunch break. (Some staff at other bank made me feel unwelcome before so I dont quite like going into banks for assistance to be honest). All was done quickly and I'm good to go. Just want to leave a review here to show my appreciation to the staff here. Thank you.

This HSBC bank in PJ new state is located the same row of shoplots next to Hong Leong Bank and Public Bank. It's rather easier to locate it as it's situated in the PJ new state. Parking is rather difficult to find during daytime and office hours as all car parks have been taken by others.

Worst customer service experience ever. Branch person was so angry for no reason, and waiting time was an hour when there were only 3 person before me, and all counters were open at that time

Sitting at the bank for almost more than 1 hour and only 1 counter is working. Please consider my request to operate all the counters . Thank you, I will not recommended because of waiting scenario. Other services are good . Please make appointment before coming. Walking customer not recommended.

Extremely long waiting time for simple transactions.

2 hour wait to open a bank account, only 1 staff , while there are 19 counters.

Complete waste of time and blatant disregard for customers time
