Dear HSBC, MAHU BERAPA LAMA LAGI TUNGGU MESIN DEPOSIT COIN MACHINE KAMU NAK SIAP" JANJI ITU HARI DATANG DALAM DUA MINGGU SAYA DATANG SEPERTI DI JANJIKAN MESIN BELUM KENA REPAIR ' OK SAYA DATANG DALAM 1 MINGGU LAGI' DATANG SANA MESIN MASIH ROSAK LAGI' OK SAYA DATANG LAGI SUDAH SATU BULAN 2MINGGU NI. MESIN MASIH ROSAK ' SECURITY SENDIRI CAKAP MESIN ITU BELUM DIPERBAIKI LAGI' APA PUNYA BANK NI MESIN COIN DEPOSIT MAHU 1 TAHUN BARU BOLEH SIAP KAH!!!!

Pathetic excuse for a bank. Terrible service and no idea whatsoever about basic banking such as how long a simple GIRO transfer will take. Promised us that the recipient would have the money in their account "tomorrow afternoon" - 2 days later the money has gone from our account but not reached the payee. It'd have been quicker to have taken out the cash and strapped it to a carabao to deliver!
We've sent 5 follow-up emails, none of which has even been replied. Do yourselves a favour, avoid the stress and do your banking elsewhere.

Ticket taken at 1.01pm untill 1.28pm still no news, 19 people ahead. Just want to activate my online banking, which i don’t have choice because this is the requirement of this International bank 🥵

HSBC's service is really bad. I just need to pick up my replacement credit card due to online fraud. It should be an easy pickup even without going to the premier. This man just see how I dressed and asked " so you have a ticket' and brushed me off. This is a simple process of pickup and no need to judge, hsbc

Were passive aggressive on how the cs talk, only put 2 stars chus the reception were nice, manage to solve my problem by going straight to KL branch just to open a basic savings acc, explains why they have low ratings here.

Useless and not helpful at all. Not even bother to reply messages regarding credit card application. Even the website and contact centre number are useless
