Located at most busiest area. 30 minutes to find parking, service very slow. More than 1 hour just to get ATM card. Not many customer, but still slow. I asked the staff, staff shortage because they are on leave. Unprofessional.

Had a very pleasant experience at this bank today, everything went smoothly from applying to open a bank account, getting my bank card and also applied for credit card at the same time. The bank officers, Farah and Janet have done a great job.

Strategic place, ATM give out smaller bills. Great customer service. All transactions were smooth, very clean also. Provide great service and support. Less time consumed during customer service and counter service.

Got an issue with my online banking and suddenly my debit card also deactivated out of nowhere. Tried to call many times at their customer service contact number (provided at the back of the card), but they said their line was busy.. from 13th March 2025 until 20th March 2025! So came to this branch, no customer service officer layan, luckily got the security uncle to assist how to get booking number. Then waited for over 40mins, tired and hungry, while waiting called the customer service again then my call went through... what a bad experience with this Bank.

1 star is for the comfortable seat and aircon while waiting, another 1 star is for the security guard.

No receipts 😞..now I'm stuck with account department from my college because of no receipts and ask me to go back to the bank ask for receipt 😭.. how should I get a receipt when I transfer money using cash and is been a week 😔 and that day there's no one on that building even security how should we wanna get help ? If something like this happen?
