Waste my time coming. Hours are incorrect. Tried to call the whole week, im not sure if everyone died weekly or just too lazy to pick up calls! Please update your contact if it changes. Why complicate things?! Haiyaaa

Very Bad Insurance..Didn't Even Know It Is This Bad..Been Into Car Accident at March..Explain In Detail Regarding The Situation..The Call Center Only Mention Can Try To. Apply.. Been Asking Twice..Recieve The Sama Answer..Try To Reach Via Phone Number Only To Get Hold A Few Times..At The End Only To Get Call Regarding The Insurance Is Not Cover..Requested The Car Provider To Withdraw The Request.. Just A Waste Of Time Waiting For The Approval..Wont Even Suggest This insurance To Any One..And The Staff At Hq Also The Same..Document Already Sent Early..But They Inform Just Recieve Document Yesterday....Anyhow Dont Buy This Insurance..👎🏻👋🏻

Slow service renew car insurance. They sent me renewal notice earlier but issue new quote when I wanted to pay and it caused long delay.Their staff said have to wait 1 day for simple matter approval. When I insist wanted to speak with manager, she never pass the calls. Not sure if the staff aim for higher price to get more incentive since they prefer new quote. Really wasting time...

Very bad insurance... Total Lost need to wait 4 month still didn't get anything.. Been rejected 2 times due to wrong I'd in between bank and msig it self.... I have to call bank and insurance every day just to know the issue... The insurance itself didn't bother to call me back to tell me what is the latest news... Wrong ID that's mean it's dangerous.. The money can go to others account..I personally from kk fly to sandakan and flew back to KK to send it myself to the HQ kk so that process it fast.. Unfortunately they just forget my paper at the table for 3 weeks.. When I called only they search my document and process it...
