Service paling terok..pegawai cistomer service didepan menggunkan telefon ketika bercakap dengan pelanggan..siap sembang padahal kita tgh bt urusan dgn dia..pegawai cina perempuan yang diduduk didalam bilik khas yang sangat kurang ajar..tak mendengar masalah pelanggan dengan betul dan sampai habis..menyampuk ketika pelanggan sedang bercakap dan sedang memberitahu masalah kepada beliau.

Customer service melalui telefon sangat-sangat mengecewakan. Takkan nak tanya satu soalan kena buang masa nak pergi ke cawangan. Sediakan satu saluran untuk pelanggan bercakap dengan staf.

Lousy bank. When serious issue called in to ask them to settle, they simply said will investigate, no immediate action. No sense of urgency at all, plus staff are poor in product knowledge and procedures.

The worst banking experience as a credit card owner. They will do everything possible to prevent you from calling customer service. When you call their number, they will inundate the telephone hotline with unnecessary PSA’s and notices. They will force you to use their digital banking services but it’s useless.

Inefficient customer service at Priority Banking today with the Relationship Manager.
The lady at the reception was made to run back and forth numerous times to convey questions from us as customer and answer from the time-wasting ā€œRelationship Managerā€.
If this is the level of service with their Priority Banking then I can’t imagine what other non-ā€œPriorityā€ customers have to go through.
You would think a huge bank like Standard Chartered would implement internal employee chat system for efficient communication, but no, they hire people to run around between customer and the ā€œRelationship Managerā€.
This experience has been utmost disappointing and I hope it’s not a reflection of Malaysian banking service to customers because it’s this kind of inefficiency that will hold us back.
We should work better, smarter and faster.

For all the bad experiences we have had this afternoon, I DO NOT recommend you bringing your business to Standard Chartered bank at all.
