Terrible experience with this firm. The staff, Lina, was shockingly unprofessional – speaking rudely and dismissively to clients. Her attitude was condescending and completely unacceptable for a professional service provider. If this is how they treat clients, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for proper tax advice.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited by Chak Associates Ipoh. I specifically requested that my EA form be sealed in an envelope due to its sensitive nature, as my colleague would handle it. Despite my explicit instructions, the envelope was merely clipped shut with a stapler. Predictably, my colleague opened it and accessed my salary information. Despite raising the issue, the response from the accountant, Miss C**n, was dismissive at best. This negligence and disregard for confidentiality are unacceptable. A deeply unsatisfactory experience.
