Bad experience with them.
I had urgent translation to be done for visa purpose.
Ended up paid way too much due to I was not familiar with the whole process which they said not to worry as they knew the process well when involving visa application.
But I guess not as additional cost incurred due to urgency, their typo on translation and doing things differently as me not knowing the whole thing including them too.
1. Typo on translation and gave me so limited time to review and then said it was client's responsibility to make sure it is correct. Resulted I can't make the submission on time.
2. Found out that endorsement was not necessary for my case on the translated documents.
3. I guess the reason for the delay was due to this company seem to work under 1 person so probably was busy with other important client. Or maybe knew my urgency so charged me more expensive?
Just bad experience with them. Will never ever recommend to anyone.
