Branch manager has very low intelligence. Around lunch time all the bank staff take their break together leaving the bank and front counter unstaffed. They then proceed to close the main entrance by 2-2.30pm daily depending on their mood of the day. If you cross the road and go to Maybank you can see night and day difference between a functioning bank and this absolute failure.

I am a customer of your esteemed bank, and I would like to formally lodge a complaint against Bank RM Ms. Hanani from the Subang Jaya Taipan Branch.

Since Tuesday at 8:24 AM, I have sent a message to Ms. Hanani via WhatsApp, but I have not received any response to date. I was inquiring about the latest fixed deposit interest rates, yet she has not provided any reply.

Due to the manager’s lack of responsiveness, I have serious concerns about the management and quality of customer service at your bank.

For nothing, SCB simply go kill switch customer account without info; Customer service is open from 9am to 9pm; Customer have to call dial in new NRIC no, OTP ...took at least 5 - 10 mins to reach client care Executive; Still have to wait for temp PW via SMS and Temporary ID via email to setup.e-FD is easy to open but need walk in counter to withdraw due to unmature.

Worst Bank ever! Who closes bank that early when I arrive before 4pm. The google operation hour stated till 5pm is a lie! So easy to open an account here but so tough to close one. Their customer service is extremely bad too, unable to advise clearly and keep leading you to nowhere and wasting your time. Not specifically this branch but OVERALL STANDARD CHARTERED!

Went to this bank for 3 times and not happy with the service. Lady in the counter cannot advise properly on ATM withdrawal issue and couldn't be bothered to listen to customer and assist (Quickly asked customer to close account). Then, went again to perform remittance application over the counter, form has wrong amount and bank account number (Dunno why is it hard, type only, 2-3 times wrong, less customer also on friday, 10th May). Till date, there's issue with the remittance, hence delayed for 5 days. Slow resolution plan to assist customer. Overall: I had a terrible experience with SC. Better just close your savings/current account.

My experience with this SC bank branch was absolutely wonderful! I reached the branch around 11 am 15Nov 2023 and there were 2 staff members taking care of customers!
The staff welcomed me very warmly and listened my request with patience! Then help me to finish my account online activation very nicely and quickly!
