I was applying for an ATM card and was surprised by the extended waiting time. Despite there being only five numbers ahead of me in the queue, I had to wait for over an hour, which was quite frustrating.

I understand that some processes may require more time than others, but such delays can significantly impact customers’ schedules and overall satisfaction. I kindly suggest evaluating the efficiency of your service workflow or increasing the number of counters available during peak hours to reduce waiting times.

Dear Public Bank Customer Service,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience I encountered during my recent visit. On this occasion, I had to wait for almost two hours to be attended to, which is unacceptable. This is not the first time I have faced such delays; it is actually my third visit, and the service has consistently been slow and inefficient.

I believe it is crucial for the bank to address these issues and consider upgrading the system or improving staff efficiency to ensure customers do not have to endure such long waiting times.

I hope my feedback is taken seriously, and that improvements will be made to avoid further inconveniences.

看似帮忙其实帮倒忙。换手机号换地址没有全部一次更换。要多跑一趟！过后换手机，online转不了帐，说一定要带银行卡在atm机才可以弄！其实是不想帮我！因为今天去另外一间分行在bukit indah却说只要有ic就可以了。这间问了说ic也不能，一定要带atm卡才能办。效率非常差
