Machine broke down on a random weekend and workers came to fix but did not give the people who are queuing up any explanation. They rudely told the people there to wait and didn't bother explaining to the others who just came in. After that they left, the machine is still out of order and I wasted parking money. They definitely won't fix their mistake, so keep in mind that such scenarios are one to look out for.

Avoid this bank if you are foreigner. I've been kicked out and the only reason I was given is they don't like my nationality. If you think this will not affect you, think again. I've been client of this bank for 8+ years.

Disappointed with bad service and unfriendly staff. On 23rd Sept 2024 around 3pm, I walked in to make an over the counter transaction and approached the Cs staff for assistance, to my surprise, I was handed a form and asked to fill in the details without proper guidance on what and where to fill in the details. The instructions were not clear and sounded as if I'm disturbing his work with my inquiry.
Luckily the second floor female staff at the counter who handled my transaction was very professional and guided me step by step to complete my transaction.
What angers me the most is that there were two male staff at the Cs area and none bothered to provide any valuable input. It's funny that the counter staff has better customer service skills than the staff manning the Cs front desk. This is not the cimb standard that I have experienced before.

To be honest, I was afraid to go to this branch after reading all the bad reviews in google but turns out I was happy and satisfied with their service. All the staffs are nice, friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. I get my dormant account activated in not more than 20min! Great job! 👍🏻

well attended to by customer service on ground flr - Ms Teh n Nicholas... very knowledgeable, attentive n helpful. The tellers on 1st floor was friendly n helpful too...

the QR code scanning system to get queue numbers makes it easy to select access to your choice of banking needs..
