Call their hotline but been told pls call again next day during the office hour. Their hotline operating hours is from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm only.. Too bad.

Bad behaviour staff! Just now call to ask about NCD but she reply with high volume and argue that i am the one not understanding rather than solving the problem! Either we are customer or your agent, please behave! I Wont advise my customer take this agent!

I've received a good service of car insurance NCD withdrawal from Johnson Tan. He reacted to my request swiftly with good follow up. I would like to thank him for the help and patience for guiding me through the entire process. Well done!

The worse service from an insurance provider. I filed a claim for medical expenses and this was in December. Up till now , I have not received my refund despite submitting all relevant documents. A chain of incompetence from the agent to the outsourced adjuster. Anyone contemplating taking up MSIG insurance in Penang, please reconsider. I am still waiting for my refund. MSIG better look into staffing issues as part of the reason my claim is delayed - incompetence and under staffed.

Worst insurance company ever. No follow up status, need to call them every time. They wont call you and update automatically. Staff on leave, asked me to call office, office asked to call back the staff again when they return. ? Seriously i doubt whether they want to do business.

Courteous staff but hassle with taking lift. You need to report to the guard before going up. There aren't any notice visible to new guests about this ruling. Had to go up and return to get access to the floor I wanted to go. Without the guard access, you will not be able to exit to the intended floor.

I had a terrible experience today. Dude to some stupid bank in problem need to settle . I called hotline but can't connect. I even come through door closed branch. Finally I dail the general line , and told by computer that today (31 Dec)is public holiday. Wow , this is the first time I found out 31 Dec is public holiday in Malaysia.

the insurance is useless, the agent tell me that i can apply for a compensation but end up give me nothing,we will surely take legal action to your if your company not give me a proper reason
