Worse service ever! I went here with appointment made by call centre so that i will have shorter waiting time (I come on time with my appointment time). Turns out they call people who came later than me. Instead of shorter waiting time, it becomes longer. When I ask the staff, why attend people who came later than me, she just quiet and no answer given. Never experience this kind of things at other bank before. Currently reconsidering to use other bank services.

I just don’t understand how this bank operates. All the staffs at this branch are wasting company’s resources and not working efficient. Not many customers but 1 queue number need wait for 1 hour. Are they just purposely let customers wait in vain so other people may see their businesses are operating well ? Or there is no compliance checks on their staffs efficiency attending to customers? Getting worse and worse. Better close up all accounts and switch to other banks.

Machines always down. Don't seem to have alternative for non banking hours. Maybe the bank doesn't care for daily or regular cheque or cash deposits if so the bank should reflect this then those affect can seek alternative service providers. Sad to see bank losing its relevance.

Security stupid, people standing wait for half hour, he just quiet say nothing. I’m new customer here so know nothing. And he just allow other customers behind me scan the QR code to cut my queue. Please train your security well
