Stunning sea views and a lovely neighborhood with mostly expats families. The buildings are kept clean all the times, very responsive management, cleaning and security teams. A quiet and lovely place to stay.

The best Seaview condominium in Penang Island.

Have been looking for an apartment to move into. Looked at 2 here. 1 @ 1250 sq ft. 1 @ 2500 sq ft. The 1250 sq ft are way too small. However the 2500 sq ft was very good. Fantastic sea views from this place. Facilities are second to none. Maybe a downside is the nearest decent sized supermarket is Lotus's and that's around 10 minutes drive away. But the Tanjung Bungah market is a lot closer. You could get away without having a car as the 101 and 102 bus stops are quite close by. Depending on your budget I'd be going for the larger apartments unless you're moving in by yourself only where the smaller ones would be ok

This is a private residential complex. It is not a hotel, nor does it offer homestays or serviced apartments. The name says Resort but it is not a resort at all. Strictly owners or long term rental contracts.
