碰巧看见，我挺惊讶为什么OCBC BP 的google review的分数那么低，在我印象中这间银行在这里算是处理业务最快之一，对比起某些银行。或者是这1，2年变了？

提醒各位别把自己的银行户口租借给他人或帮人转帐，无论金额大小，因为这可能涉及诈骗和洗钱活动，最严重的话会导致有关银行户口被永久封锁或所有银行户口，这意味着你无法在任何银行注册新户口了

Customer service staff lack of informations and knowledge to customer, coming to check balance amount for the housing loan, check with customer service diffent amount ,check with counter diffrent amount , staff need to be more efficient and firm with what you telling to us, please make sure all ground staff get full knowledge to customers , staff most likely not telling or give you option to advised or help in future benefits, u asking A they answer maybe A or not sure answer. disappointing

Lots of issue with the bank.
From failure to comply to standing instruction, to breach of internet banking credential, inconsistent information given - staff, senior staff, branch manager, contact center, etc.
This bank doesn't welcome general public as customer - they show attitude if you're not their "target customers".
Even account opening, have to wait 45 mins, while only 1 person in queue. And the staff in charge, very impatient and asking illogical questions when opening account.
Asked the bank to prepare a letter which has my name and account number, they refused.
Said I should use my monthly statement, and they would charge RM10 for printing a statement.
I went to other bank, they happily assisted in preparing the required letter, without any charge.
Within 1 hour of account opening with OCBC, I've arranged with other banks to transfer the fund out.

They asked me who I transferred money to. I was just transferring money for a friend, and the transaction was not large or frequent. Then they closed my account without any explanation. They also closed my other bank accounts. The service attitude was poor.

Miss Ng Min Min from premium banking is truly service oriented and friendly. What I originally experienced from this branch is 2 stars but she had managed to convince me to change to 4 stars.
Those who are keen on fund management and investment can look for her. Definitely not advertisement here, just a happy customer feedback.
Note: further check from her is that she don't do sales. Her support can still make a customer happy.
